How many people eat Mi Goreng instant noodles? I think they're the best invention ever, besides the MSG that's in it. They're adictive, so tasty and extremely cheap (yay).

Mi Goreng is an instant noodle made in Indonesia, I guess. I was in Hong Kong when I first tried it because it's the cheapest way to satisfy your hunger (LOL) especially when you are on a tight budget and you want to save more for shopping. I add some stuff to it so it will be like a new "recipe" in disguise everytime I eat it. My favorite is frying a sunny side up egg and add it to the noodle together with some cabbage and carrots to get the feeling that I whipped up a good dish. Hahaha!
Mi Goreng tastes really good but we also have equally tasty and cheaper instant noodle brands available here in the Philippines. Since it is very cheap and affordable (a pack starts from five pesos up--depending on the brand, roughly around $0.13 a piece), it is a very popular type of food for people who are on a budget or just plain looking for a tasty yet satifying meal.

I agree with you. Its very nice to eat. I have to eat 2 packets at any one time. Its very nice if you fry an egg (sunny side up) to accompany it. Its really delicious but it gets kind of yucky if you eat too much. So moderately say once or twice a week will be good for me.

I eat it too. It is all over in my country. Even in small grocery shops I can find Mi Goreng sold there. Hey... are you really in Australia or from Malaysia? Just want to know though. Have a nice day to you. Are you eating Mi Goreng right now?
