Putting up a motel/inn

I am planning to start a 24-hr motel or inn business and would like to know any suggestions or tips on how to be successful and how to avoid staffs from stealing sales or not logging check-ins. any inputs would be greatly appreciated

Goodluck seems these days not to many honest people.I would say hire people you know or someone close to you knows.Always keep the guest happy and i also think free breakfast people would love it!maybe even something like little boxes of cereal bagels orange juice little stuff like that.
