Do You Have A Weird Phobia Or Fear??

I agree that all people have certain phobias - maybe at least one.. In my case I am very much afraid of failure.. I don't know how that is called but I think a lot people share with me this same fear... I think the reason for this is because I'm quite a negative person.. I can't find positive things in many occurrences that easily. I have two weird phobias: Fear of clowns and fear of eternity.. Weird right? I had these phobias since I was young and I cant find any reason why I actually have them.. I just grew up being frightened with clowns and I my mind just can't process the idea of life in eternity.. They drive me so nutzzzz...

I don't know if it is a phobia! I'm afraid to sleep when light is off! I already post about this weeks ago and I received some usefull tips to overcome it! And right now I'm trying all of those suggestions!

I'm an adult and I am still afraid of bees, the dark and thunderstorms. Thats probably weird enough but theres more. I am afraid of balloons. Whenever I am at a birthday party or someone is blowing up a balloon. I panic. I'm not exactly sure why I am afraid of these things either. Something must have happened to me when I was young and I have just forgotten about it. I wish I could forget my fear.

For me its the lights in the pool. I am always afraid they will break and electrocute everyone in the pool. I got this phobia from my sister, she was in college when I was in grade school and I would spend summers with her. Even though she lived in the desert where it stayed hot all night, we couldn't swim in the evening when the lights were turned on. Two years ago I was about to jump into the pool at my apt when I noticed the light had been pulled loose and was floating in the water, attached by a wire. I reported it to management and they assured me it was safe because it was a sealed unit but I wouldn't swim in it. The next day the health department closed the pool for a week until the light was replaced. Guess it wasn't so safe after all.

I am phobic about a few things, the general ones are that i have acute clostrophobia, and i think.. acute agrophiba (i find it hard to leave the house and sometimes i wont even go to the shop for cigs i feel that sick about leaving the house) My wierd ones are fear of mold spurs (is there a name for that?) and a fear of a perticular glass we have lol. Why: mold spurs, well, when i see rotten food i freek out that i will breathe in the mold spurs from it and it will infect me and cause a disease that will eat away at my insides. It can be really hard at work because i work around fruit and veg and sometimes it is going moldy and i cant go near it. The glass in my house, well i have absolutly no idea what caused this but there is one drinking glass in my house i cant drink out of. I can't actually get it near my lips. It is different from the other glasses in that it has yellow writting on it, but that no reason to be freeked out by it lol. Ok, that about it lol ^_^

I have a phobia for having my photo taken. i cannot stand it! If i know someone is going to get a photo of me i cannot just put on a nice smile like a normal person. I start shaking and blushing - I almost have an anxiety attack. It is not that I fear i will look horrid in the photo - i just have an irational fear of having my photo taken. A friend of mine has the weirdest phobia i have ever heard of. She is afraid of flowers. She cannot be anywhere near them without getting really really scared. A pain in the summer time. Flowers are everywhere!
