Child Support

What does it take to make some people to do the right thing. My ex and I have two children together. I have a child support order in place. This fool swears up and down he loves the kids, when he calls them every two to three months. Yet, he doesn't send a dime to them. I haven't seen a payment for these kids in a year. My mother has called him to send them a card or $5 for their birthdays or Christmas. This fool tells her he can't because he is paying child support.
I have no problem that he is remarried and his wife has two kids that they are raising, actually I like his wife she seems very sweet but I just want to shove a metal rod up his butt for the way he treats the two that are his over here. But if I try to make a decision for them without him he acts like I have no right. What do you do with someone like that?

Well, did you put that in case? you should. Sue him. If you did that already, why arent he doing it? Your children needs his support also, not just his kids on his 2nd wife.

if it was me I would take him to court over that because the money is for the kids well-being my husband faithfully pays his child support but I can say I will be glad when it is over with his ex calls all the time maybe thats what you should do keep on bugging hi but also take him to court that way if he does not pay it they will put him in jail.
