Oh yes, that's true. It creates balance in the body by cleansing it of wastes or impurities. Shedding tears is then one way of cleaning the system. Thus, it's better to cry our heart out in one go. It's such a good feeling afterwards, don't you think? Nice discussion.

Crying is a good idea for many reasons. I have always been a crier. For one thing it allows me a safe release from, pain, hurt, anger and any other thing that may be causing me tension. I even love my happy tears.
A lot of people think that crying is a weakness, but I see it as a way of building strentgh. Sometimes it takes a lot of courage to go ahead and let those tears flow freely, and yes you feel so much better after crying. There are many times I find myself saying, I didn't even know I needed to cry. It's cool to let it out.
