Spending more than what you earn

It's not that hard to explain to someone how it is damn hard to earn money. Money can't be picked up somewhere else and when a person is jobless he/she doesn't deserve to spend more than what he/she has. There's this person that I know who is like this. I told him a million times that spending a lot is not practical these days but he doesn't care. The thing is he's sick, he has diabetes and other illness and he doesn't work. He gets money from his old parents. Although he says he feels bad asking money from his parents his actions says otherwise. The funny thing is (well yeah, you just have to learn how to laugh at it or you'll end up hating the person) he seems like enjoying it. What's your opinion about this?
