Chicken Casserole

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces sour cream
1/3 cup sherry cooking wine
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms or canned sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a casserole dish. Mix soup,sour cream, and sherry together in a large bowl. Stir in mushrooms. Spread over chicken and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

That sounds good. I have some chicken in the refrigerator. I may have to make this for dinner tomorrow.
