How is life without any ambition? Can it happen ? Are you that?

With my imagination everybody has some or the other ambition or goal in his life; but I have met people saying they do not have any such kind of expectation from life.
I can't belive this.
When can this happen to anybody?
What can be specific reason to go ambitionless you think?
Shall we say it's a depression or a frustration?
Or is it just because they don't want to declare it openly?
What's the truth?

How is life without any ambitions.
I would to compare,taking a half boiled egg, when it is cool without salt, pepper, sauce. It is flat and tasteless.
Somehow, we do have dreams, hope or a desire to getor to don something. This too, can be classified as ambition on a less degree.
Me, I have lots of ambitions, some I have fulfilled some attempting to fulfill. One of it is to be financially free within 3 yrs.
