Best vitamins for seniors?

What's the best supplement for seniors? Are there any that should be avoided because of drug interactions with other meds like those for hypertension etc?

Best bang for the buck...www.gbgfreedom.com ! Look at how much vitamins and nutrients are available. Stay away from pills.

I'm curious as to why you say to avoid pills....aren't liquid supplements similar...just more easily absorbed? Also I tried the link to the testimonials but it didn't work...
