I'm gonna spill my guts. I used to work as a call center agent for three months, then moved on to another work of differnt nature. I'd say it woke me up. I had been deluding myself that I was as good as anyone could get. But then reality closed in and dropped me from my comfy perch. I was assigned to technical account, had no idea what it was until it was too late, made to realize what and who I was, dusted myself off and get back up, on the next horse available. Hehehe. I'm still in denial much to the satisfaction of the people around me. I'm a teacher. I've been doing this for about three years. Shifting to a different career freak me out. I don't think I'll ever be the same again after call centers. I don't mean disrespect to agents. I'm just not cut out for technical issues and all that.

I am currently working as secretary/clerk in a real estate company in our province..
