How to start a relationship with somebody on a company?????

My company hired a new mail room guy some weeks ago, and the first time I looked at him, I was like crazy.He is cool!!!!! I didn't want to start anything at that point when he first started. But now I noticed and some of my coworkers noticed that he comes arround alot more by were I sit and now looks in my direction and smiles and sometimes when he is in the lunch room an dthen I go into lunch room,he always looks up and smiles....does he like me?????and also do you think it is ok to start a relationship with somebody that you work with????
