Success. That's what I'm working on right now.. All the luxuries of this world (ie cars, jewelries, house and lot, even friends :D )would be yours. Fame, fortune, money, social status, luxuries, and others would just follow. Success varies from person to person. Some may view it as having lots of money to spend, flashy cars, expensive jewelries... Others may view success as personal growth, spiritual growth, intra-personal growth, fame...
Also, "want" is different from "needs". "Want" is something that you often don't "need". "Need" is something you can't live without.
Yes, I do want all the worlds luxuries.. I want a car, I want a big house where my future kids would playfully run after each other giggling, I want lots of money to buy things I need and want..
For now though, I'm working on being successful. Be in a job that I'm comfortable with, learn anything there is to learn that could help me grow to my fullest potential, living life to the fullest..
Life is too short.. we might as well enjoy every moment of it. For now, I'm still working my way toward the ever-elusive success. And with patience and perseverance, I'd be successful soon. I'm sure of it.

Wants change from time to time. When old wants are satisfied, new wants are born.
As a child we would have wanted a mango tree with ripe fruits in our home or a plant which yields "ice creams" as fruits.
As a youth, we might have wanted that the girl x or by y liked us.
As a householder, we might have longed to build a home, with a garrage etc.
When the day starts falling, we may want a life time pension or some other income source.
We may want some grand children and then wish that they get jobs or get married.
When the life is about to set we may want another 100 years to live.
For the same reason, Buddha and Bhartruhari called desire the root of misery. (Note: I do not support B and B).
We can have any number of wants, rejoice when they get fulfilled and also grieve when they fail.
