The important question I would ask is if he *needs* to understand. If yes, you have no choice but to be patient and re-explain. Otherwise, don' bother. You would be better off spending your time talking about other things. ;-)

i think you have to give effort by telling him your stuffs... Coz how can he really understand you if youre not pushing yourself to tell him what u want to tell him? Once in for all, tell him to listen to you, maybe your just having a lack of communication with each other... If he still dont understands you, maybe he's getting bored with ur stuffs and he feels like he dont even care about it... But atleast he still give effort for it, just showing some respects on ur stuffs.... Its important to have a respect with each others stuffs...
