what is beauty?is it in heart or outer look and physical appearances?

i want to know the idea of beauty?why do people look for the physical appearance.are'nt people who look ugly human beings?why are people who are ugly and dark-complexioned not considered in society and are always a victim of racism?why does the society look down upon them?are'nt they human beings?even they have been created by god.........

They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, they say that it what is beauty without brain, they say man always look on the physical appearance. Nowadays is easy to be beautiful because of modern technologies. But the beauty will fade, as time goes by... But for God, what inside our heart is the most important.

Are you asking why people think that way, or our own views on the subject?
I ask, because I'm incapable of telling you why people think that way, because I don't.
I see everyone as beautiful. Everyone has wonderful qualities that make them as beautiful as the person standing next to them. I don't see physical status. I never have.
