By taking exact discussions and giving in depth to that u can earn more money and u can increase ur ratings.

If you are talking about the number integer inside the star it's not the rating but call it your reputation percentage in mylot community as a whole.(move your mouse over to the number you 'll see the percentage as 60/100)
This percentage is a combined effect of your overall working and it's quality you maintain in your work.
This ofcourse doesn't mean anything like good user or a bad user by it's higher percentage like 90 and above, that a number 9 or 10 is not the way you should feel as a good user or a bad user by 6.
This number will go up as the users will admire you by rating your writing by +'ve marks in the responses or when you start a discussion of you own.
Normally all senior users do mark +'ve or -'ve rating without fail when they feel your view or the writing worth marking as +'ve more & more your star will shine brighter.
You have just reached the rating as 220 (the points) in the braces. as soon as you will be working with a great quality you would get what you are expecting.

10q for ur response but everday i am getting veryless amount though i am posting nearly 25 discussions so how to improve my earnings.

You just have to follow few simple rules to gain more.
The earnings directly depend upon the quality of writing you adopt. just care these three rules.....
1. write a detailed reply till you think it's enough to express what exactly you wanted to say about the discussion that too a direct and relevent sentences and nothing uselessset of words at all.
2. Do write some thing which is of authortaive in nature,
with a confidence in the subject matter and not any thing with poor confidence like saying may be, probably...
3. You can take an opportunity to give some advise to the user when asked specifically without any hesitation that too if you have any experience in the subject topic as such.
Don't make any hurry to post the comment and read what you have written and try to correct if an error is found. The responses should be of such a kind that you should recieve atleast one best response award for fifteen responses you wrote. Try to encourage the user when needed to be. Be polite and gentle in your responces and don't go violent in your responses so that no one gets hurt by your words, I don't say you should not contradict the discussion but you can dilute the expression a little.
For this comment actually I will not be paid but as you asked me the guidence for higher earning it becomes my duty to tell you whatever is known to me without caring how much time is lost or spent on non earning comments.

Hey hi,welcome to mylot,well start rating gioes up only when others mark you as good, or your response as a best, so keep doing quality work,as here you can make money just by answering discussions on mylot, and starting new discussions too, infact you can boost your earning by uploading photos, so keep posting quality responses, keep searching good discussions about which you know something and can answer, strictly avoid one liner posts,best luck and happy earning!!!...cheers!!

The star will be crowned on to your head as soon as you complete the points in the braces to 100.
Just add five posta and refresh the window & you'll find the star displayed to you with some reputation integer inside.
Wish you the star soon in few minutes.

Your responses and topics need positive marking by mylotters which makes your star rating raise up.You can see the reputation points if you place the cursor near your star.Wish you to have to increase in star rate at the earliest.Keep posting...good luck
