Do you drink soda?

I drink diet Coke, diet Pepsi, Fresca (very good no calorie drink). Sometimes I try to avoid it, but can't really avoid it much, you'll always need it and it's a good digester.

I too am a water drinker and the only time I drink soda is when we eat out.....which isn't all that much but when we do,it's always Sprite or 7-Up

i try to avoid it as much as possible. but when i got a craving for soda, i indulge myself with a soda. but i make sure that its not too much.. but as i said, i try to avoid it as much as possible so sometimes i buy this water with flvor in it. it contains no sugar and calories. and its a great substitute for soda. it works for me anyway.
