Help: Windows Media Player library

I'm really pissed why the library of WMP stubbornly stores information of my mp3s and cds. For example, the library has info of around 5 tracks from a cd with 10 tracks! I tried to delete them all, but they just reappear on the library. I've tried upgrading to 10 or downgrading to 9. I've tried "deleting from library," but still that won't work. I just want my library to be clean _

go to My Documents and then My music / videos you will find there your library files, delete them and also you can do it by following steps :
tools menu
-option
- under the library tag : check the delete files from my computer when I delete from library
