Annoying emails

Yesterday someone had posted up about fraudulent email and I was gracious to answer the response. It happened again to me this very morning. I had gotten an email stating about coming into some money from so and so. If anyone out there could assist me in stopping or putting a stop to these scaming emails, I would very much appreciate it.

I wish that I could offer some good advice, but there appears to be very little that we can do to stop receiving this junk. Once your email address has been added to someones list it never gets removed, so we gradually end up getting more and more every day.
I registered a domain name so that I could create a personalised address, which I use for personal friends only. This email address is now receiving more spam than any other that I have used, so I even wonder if my ISP or the domain sellers have sold my email address.
