Is your child speak well

my elder kid is 10 years and does speak and we understand very well. my younger one is still 15 months old. although he speaks like other kids would at his age we do understand what hes trying to feel or convey.

My daughter is 4 years old and she can speak well and most of the time we understand her. We learned her to talk proper way since she can begin to say couple of words. Sometimes it is pretty tempting to talk their language (baby/children talk) but it will make more difficult for them to communicate with other people later on.
