want to loose weight

I have put on lot of weight in past 6 to 7 months & want to get rid of it .I tried dieting ,excercising, fasting ,medicines almost all,Please help if you have any idea.

I would suggest Weight Watchers. I'm currently on the program now and after my first week, I lost 6 pounds. I go on the website daily and I read the success stories and it gets me motivated. I bought the at home kit because I have no free time for the meetings and I think I'd feel a little uncomfortable anyways. I recommend that and working out at least 4-5 times a week even if its only for 30 minutes! Good luck!!

I can suggest you to opt for walking. I feel that walking will not only reduce your weight but will also keep you fit. It keeps you active. I heard that the nerves of various parts in the body is connected to the foot. So keep walking and most important thing is walking in the way such that you breathe hard and you sweat. Anyway its my opinion and your convenience :)

I think, the best part of this would be focus on exercising. Although pills, medicines, dieting will help you, let's still stick w/ the old school that we have that the best way to loose weight is to Exercise and make diet plans...

well you cant loose weight in one go that you have gained over 6 to 7 months. and if it hasnt helped you after trying all ways then a dietician would be able to guide you properly. my wife did gain weight and she used to take honey and lime water early morning and do yogic exercises, kapalbaati being one of them, if you know that. she just lost 3kgs with a month and after 5-6 months she got back to her normal weight. hope that helps.
