Do you keep a fitness journal or fitness diary?

I have been starting to keep one, it is on SparkPeople.com.

I like that I can keep track of what I've been eating and what exercise I've been doing. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by 04/15, I hope I can do it! :)

Thanks for the encouragement. I've found that my biggest problem is trying to find the time to work out (I am busy all of the time, with work, school, family, etc.) and staying motivated, and making healthy food choices instead of what's cheap or easy.
But I'm trying, wish me luck! (well, I guess you already did, thanks!)

No, I see no need to keep a fitness journal. I only run weekly and I can remember when I last ran... I am not that senile yet. :P

I am trying to lose weight so it is motivating to me to keep track of how far I walk and what I eat, etc. I am not a runner yet (I am also trying to quit smoking) but hopefully one day I can run a 5K or something!

Thanks I have never thought of even doing this. I will check out this website. By the way did you lose your 10 lbs by your goal date. I want to lose 30 lbs in the next 3 months. I know I can do it I have done it before I just have to get motivated again. I hate when something happens in my life that brings me down and I start eating again the things I shouldn't be eating. Thanks for the link and I will check it out.
