Do you work from home?

If so do you work on the phone or over the net? I would like to find a job that I can do with background noise and all. I used to work an at home job where it HAD to be quiet all the time when I was on. I could pick my own hours so that was helpful, but I am having a baby so it would be nice to find a job where it doesn't have to be quiet all the time. Any suggestions??
