Have you ever tried any frizz ease products? They work for me. The only problem is that because they're a specialized shampoo it's a bit more expensive. I find myself putting my hair back most of the time, like you.

i've tried the freeze ease syru, that you put in when it's wet comming out of the shower and leave it in. i hate it. it doesn't work very well and it's so greasy feeling. plain gel seems to work better for me.

There is something in the Frizzease sectiont hat works amazing.
It's like a spray you pump into your hair. I use to use millions of that with gel. I am sure it is volumising too but lets face it, whenyour ahir is already huge is a bit of volumising gonna make any difference.
I used to use this and thought that it gave great definition to the curl. In fact Iwill go find its proper name ****runs upstairs****
It is called Step 4 curl revival and I laso use a mouse called step 4 curl perfector. The stuff is amazing and i was wrong - it isn''t volumising!

I hate my hair too. When I was a young child I had curly hair that was so unrully that I hated it. Now that I am about 42 my hair is thin and staight as a poke. My daughter has curly hair and a lot of it and she hates it. I think it is natural to hate your hair no matter what type you end up with. If I had curly hair I would probably want straight but I have straight and wish I still had those nice plump curls.

i know what you mean, people with straight say they want curly cause they can't do anything with theirs and people with curly want straight for the same reason.
