How to deal with family members?

I am the eldest among the children of Nine and at times having difficulty managing other siblings who have their own lives and those who are still minors, Please tell me some of the things that had helped you with this.Thanks

Congratulations for being a part of a Mega family. And now the tips:
1. Simply enjoy your life.
2. Try to engage the minors in creative activity like engage them in different craftsmanship, this will reduce your trouble.
3. Whenever there is a quarrel, try to listen (or, not listen) to everybody quietly, do not take anybodies side, atleast pretend to be neutral. Just carry on your routine work. Ultimately things will cool down. If it does not then spend fifteen minutes to anaylyse the route problem and find a quick solution. The solution should be declared when everybody agrees to listen to you. Otherwise do not be the first person to offer a solution.
