The posts and new discussions come in do fast, that your posts may just have been overlooked. I am sure you are not being left out on purpose.

Well you do get a little money for responding to posts. But i would have to agree that the posts come so fast that they just get lost in the shuffle.

Well, that is how you get paid, if you aren't going to respond then I don't see where you are going to get money from mylot. But keep in mind, discussions go very quickly due to the high volume of people starting and responding on here. Make sure your topic is catchy.
