We just got our roof fixed a couple of weeks ago. The corners had all been chewed through by squirrels who were living in the attic and soffets. We used live traps to catch and relocate the ones in the attic before we repaired it. Now I need tips on discouraging new squirrels from moving in. Our neighbor has a big pecan tree, so there are always tons of them around. Any good tips?

I think this is a really big problem. There is this thing that i saw on the internet,SHAKE-AWAY squirrel repellant. It is a strong granular deterrent that contains scent of fox, squirrels most feared predator. It is sprinkled around the area you want to protect and they will instinctively stay away from the area "claimed by" the fox. It's 100% safe to use around children, pets and plants. I don't know where exactly it's available, i only checked it on the net. Goodluck.
