Networking can be good for some people but for others it is not. I think it depends on your skill. You have to be very good at dealing with people whom you don't know... be able to handle them and convince them that what you are offering can be good for them. I have tried it before but I don't really have a knack for it.

What you mean?, call center jobs?. Well they pay big to us but for them it is below their minimum wage, very much low. AAs for US , they are happy to have employee accepting lower than their minimum wage.
