I think if you need to have someone watch your son, you should probably ask your family members first, since they are usually the ones you trust & know will do the right thing. If you want to be the one who watches your son, then that's normal too it just means you will have less time to yourself. I guess it depends - you could hire a Nanny/baby sitter but you are never really sure if they're right for you & the ones with GREAT history are usually too expensive or booked out for months in advance. I would ask your family members before hiring a stranger, it would give you better peace of mind!

you are right I hire two nannies for my child but I am not actually giving everything in charge to them but one time when i got home, I notice that my child is doing something that a nanny had done to him, and I thank you for telling it is better to have family members, now I have siblings at home who takes care of my child while I am out, It is reaaly important to trust our family with those whom we can trust

Babysitters could be good or bad... - I passed that stage where we had to hire a babysitter for our kids while we were away to work...It was a difficult arrangement, of course, but we did not have much choice. Today, as my kids are now grown ups, I can say that it was really a great challenge to juggle between work and family.
When my kids were small, we had no other recourse but to hire a babysitter to take care of our baby while we are out to work. I saw the disadvantage of this arrangement, but we did not have much choice then. Looking back, I can say that we 'survived' that crisis of having to leave our kids in the company of 'yayas' or nannies...thankfully, my kids are doing fine...both of them are now grown ups, aged 25 and 22, and can now fend for themselves...I'm glad I've passed that most difficult stage...if you think you can't trust other people to take care of your kid, then don't...it would be better that you be the one to take care of your baby yourself....
