unemployment benefit

unemployment benefit are payment made by government to unemployed people.just like australia, new zealand, canada , sweden,U.K & U.S,they manage to offer this type of benefit.it's really efficient to the social management?isn't it will make people lazy to work?even people in this myLot.com giving effort to gain some payment..

The whole point of unemployment insurance is to help keep people from losing everything while they are looking for their next job.
In California, the requirements are really strict and if you don't follow them, then you are disqualified. You MUST be looking for work and be available to work full time. They will often check up on you, too, to make sure you're doing everything right.
You also have a limited time to receive benefits, usually one year. You can also work part-time and receive partial benefits as long as you are looking for full-time work.
Yes, some people take advantage of this system, but it's really hard to do so.

in my country,there is no such thing like this useful system.it should be developt widely to encourage people to find the right job at tne right time ;-)

Yes, it is very helpful, though I have to admit they don't pay a whole lot. It came about from our "great depression" era. It actually helps the economy in the long run because people are still able to contribute to it by buying things and paying for their housing.
