What is the sign/crieria of the new scam site?

Hi all, nowadays its have a lot of new scam sites on the internet which produced by somebody which just thinking about easy earning and his self satisfaction but at the same time he cheating other people over the world. So to avoid ourself from these kind of sites,what is the sign or criteria of scam sites.Please share your information and knowledge here.

Well the biggest sign for me is if it sounds to good to be true than it is. There are a number of places and indexes on line to catch to see whether or not a site is good or bad.
One thing I do is try and check to see who the owner of the site is and also do an internet search on the program. I usually search for reviews and the name of the program. I also like checking to see who the owner is because sometimes a scam artisit has more t han one site.
