1 ( 1pound 1.5 ounce) pkg. dry sugar cookie mix
4 ounces cream cheese, softened and cut into pieces
2 eggs
2 tsp. cherry extract
12 red or greeen candied cherries, halved
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of an electric mixer combine the sugar cookie dough, cream cheese, eggs, and extract.
Fit a cookie press or ziploc bag with a star template or 3/4 inch star tip. Pipe dough in 2 1/2 inch lines, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Press a cherry half at the base of each shell. Bake 12 minutes, until brown on bottom and raw look is gone from tops.

This sound wonderful. I love cherry foods and this sounds so yummy. I will give it a try over Easter holiday. I love to make plenty of treats to eat while my family is spending the night. They like to sit around an dtalk and eat. LOL
