I get bruises on both my elbow the first time I ride a bicycle. It kinda funny to look back and its make me smile to remember it. What about your memories riding a bicycle the first time?

I don't remember the first time I rode a bike, but I remember that after some times I fell of the bike and my head was bleeding, and there was another time when I fell and my knee was bleeding. Those are my two bad but worth to learn experiences in riding a bicycle.

I first time I rode a bicycle, I was very quick to learn to balance the cycle. But my moment of dread came when taking my first round around the colony on my own, I saw a car coming at me and the gap between the car and wall of the house was just enough for a cycle to go through. For a second I lost my courage and was frightened, then I let my instincts take over. When the car went by, I realized I had scraped through, but the searing pain my hand reminded me that I have gone so close to the wall, that my hand had got badly scratched. But as you say I can remember it with a smile. Cheers! Ram

Balance is something that you learn without you knowing that you already good at it. Going straight is easy but taking a lap/turning was a bit hard to do for me as well. Me, myself hit a wall for turning the bike. Its something to remember coz we could learn from it. The determination and the spirit that we had is so strong if we compare to ours now. Cheers...

I remember the first time I gave a go at a bicycle and fell right after going some about a foot or so. I suffered bruises and all. At first I thought that I can never learn to ride a bicycle, but later after suffering a lot of bruises I finally got the hang of it! Really its funny if you think about it now when you are all grown up.
