Is anybody using the chacha.com search engine? hwta do you think of it? Is anyone a guide? What do you think of the system and the pay and such?

I am a guide. I think the pay is a little low but better then nothing. The system is pretty good. But will be better once they work the kinks out. What do you think about it?

I've been having serious trouble reaching anyone from the company. They just ignore emails. I had to call them, by getting a number they don't even publicise, in order to fix a problem with my w9 form. And I am still waiting for the mac application to coe out, which they claimed was just about done a full month ago. The money for me is fine- I just like extra spending cash- but the service sucks so far. Hope they work it out!

I am chacha guide. They have problems yes, but hopefully it will work itself out. They do need to answer emails though. But I like it so far.
