Japanese Corn Beetles....

I hate them, I hate them, I hate them!!!!! I work in a renovated barn and we fight these darn things every Spring through Fall. This is only our second day of 75 degree weather and I just got done vacuuming up nearly a hundred of them. I guarentee that in less than an hour they will be all over the windows again. What's really bad is mid summer when it's really sunny out they swarm by the doors and its impossible to go in or out without at least one landing on your neck...and they bite! Amazing how hard such a little bug can bite. So, does anyone else have to deal with these suckers? What is the best way you've discovered to combat them?
