Do you still live in the town/state where you were born?

I actually still do live in my hometown. I married a man from here too. Our kids go to the same school that we did too. It is nice knowing almost every location and store in town.

Oh how I wish that I still lived in the city/state in which I was born! I was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina. I am now in a small town in eastern Kentucky. There is no comparison. I am stuck here until hubby retires. There is nothing here. One major restaurant and two national chain stores (which suck) That is it! I am three hours (in all directions) from civilization!

I was born in Jabalpur, India. But then for higher studies moved to Pune, India. Then for job moved to Ahmedabad, India . Then after marriage moved to Chandigarh, India and now I am in chicago, US due to work. So I am too far far away from my home as well as home land.

Well I was born in this town, went to school in this town and by god I'm still here! My kids went to the same schools as I did so we all know a lot of people around here! I hasten to say that I have travelled in my time but this is home!

I was born in Washington state. Moved here in '96. I really miss my family and friends but love living here in Dallas, Texas and wouldn't ever move back.

I was born in the Bronx, NY and grew up in Queens. I now live in the Bronx again. I hear that Maryland is a nice place to live.

I was born in Dansville, NY and I now live in Dansville, NY. I moved around right after high school- but I ended up right back here where I grew up. It's odd how that happens- I remember in school I couldn't wait to get out of here-- and then when I left I couldn't wait to get back- I think it's family-- familarity -- just Home!

No - I am not even living in the country where I was born. I was born in Livadia, Greece and now live in Sydney, Australia.

I was born in Jakarta,Indonesia. Then I left Indonesia when I was 18 in 1995 to study in London,UK. And I have been living in the UK ever since. But instead of London now I live in Aberdeen ,Scotland with my Dutch husband and 2 year old son.xx

Nope. I've lived many other places than Portland, OR, my place of birth. I currently live in beautiful Boulder, Colorado.
