do you eat food depending on how good it is for your body or how good it'll make your taste buds feel? i personally (not proud of it, though) eat for the love of the taste. im not the kind of guy that will eat something good for my health because i have to, but because it tastes good. i know it will catch up with me in the long run, but hey, at least i had a great time eating!!!

If you are still young (too lazy to check your profile for that, lol), go ahead, eat to please your taste buds. As you said, it will catch up to you later. That is very true. I don't want to suggest that you should start eating food that is good for your body but I want you to find it out for yourself. I guess we all go through a phase in life. The choice-of-food-phase included.
After eating all those palate-satisfying food regardless of what it makes to my system, I opt to eat food that is beneficial to my health. Most of the "aging" people realize that. Even if you keep on drooling when you see those fat-laden cholesterol rich dishes. LOL.

Well, I'm the type of person who will eat anything as long as it serves my body right. =) But of course, there are food that I can't stand to eat no matter how healthy they are LOL.
