salary of govt employees

Of course! Everybody needs an annual salary, but I guess most especially the government employees considering that current salary rate they get right now. I'm not a government employee but my parents are and I knew very well how hard they budgeted their salary for our family. We needed to live a very simple life just to cope for the needs. Because of this experience we had I guess that me and my siblings decided to work in the private firms.

Yes, I do agree that government employees salary increases annually due to which people working in a private firm are suffering. The cost of living increases every year continuosly.

my husband is a government employee. his pay is way far from me, almost 50% less than mine. i believe they deserve better what they get as what you've said, basic needs have escalating prices nowadays. that's why its not appealing to work in any government office

I do agree that the government employees salary are increasing annually by giving increase in their basic and DA. Due to this, people working in a private firm is suffering as the cost of living increases in their day to-day life.
