Oh dear friend, this is one of my favorite quote which I often use to tell people about some one about whom they try to complain to me! I appreciate this quote and I have had this quote under my table glass for some time when I initially ahd this one from some book. Then with the time I got it by heatr and now it is not required to be kept under thr glas any more! How truely said! We really encounter all the types of people who are explained in the quote! Since I am working with a Stud farm we need to takle with labour who semi skilled and skilled too, then there is a cadre of Supervisors and then Junior Cadre staff. Some times I get irritated with the funny ideas they come up with to solve a problem, which we normally face day to day in any livestock industry! But then by recalling this quotation I pacify myself and I use my patience and try to be cool and be positive to takle the problem! If followed this quote in ones daily life, I am sure that there can be definitely a change in ones life for a betterment! It is very true that every one knows somrthing or other in the form of knowlege, we need to make the people realsie that they know a aprtcular thing and they can utilise it for the betterment, which will definitely help one toi improvise himself and to the job which he is attending to!
