I do not know so much about coffee being an anti-oxidant. I take very few sips a week with a very weak concoction. The doctor has advised me against it. I'd rather stick to calamansi juice for the supply of vitamin C and carrots for my Beta Carotene. I love peanuts and milk. Chocolate drinks are fine, too. That should complete now the needed anti-oxidants for my system. It is best that those commercials will not take us beyond what they are meant for - to promote their product.

Coffee, no doubt they are antioxidants in general, but diffrent persons react differently and the intake from one person to another also varies. So I guess, if there are prescribed amounts af coffee intake, one should follow it to be able to see if they really are that effective.
