Woman Somewhere In the Middle East/Africa Gets 70+ Lashes for Getting Raped.

I Read the news, and a woman is set to receive 72-74 Lashes with a whip for getting raped. In the governments term, for being touched by a man she does not know.
This happened in Saudi Arabia or somewhere around there.
Is this right? 70+ Lashes is pretty much unsurvivable
