persons rae given posotions acc. to their qualifications,being elders,etc...the most eldre person of family is respected most...he is considered as the most superior... men are given 1st preference than women.....this is not decided by some now but is the old trend being followed.....the most qualified person having good knowledge is given highest post.....dont u think thisz happens all around???? what do u think is this trend or thinking being inherited????is it correect or wrong????
