why do people in the philippines wants to go abroad

why di you think many of the filipinos are goig abroad and take their chances there rather that in our own country? do you think its because of inflation rate? poor economy? or is it the result of arroyo's administration..

filipinos go abroad because of higher salary, mostly equivalent to at least more than 5 times our pay here in a month. and also because they believe that life is easier there and more peaceful.
sometimes it's because of the future of their children, having to get material things even if they miss family orientation.

that is why im skeptical for agreeing for my kid to go abroad. i will surely miss her and worrying for her safety. though there are many opportunities there.

To get the hell out of this god/forsaken country! The reason? It's our government: money above all things, for their own account! And it's us, we the filipino people suffer. Deprieving us from the opportunities of enjoying what is due to us. If I have the the oppurtunity to go and live abroad I will take it. See you there.............

ha!ha! im not going abroad for good but maybe just to visit my sister and brother there... later..we are living here with simplicity. our income is enough for our daily needs. what important is im with my famiy. but thinking of others who suffer from starvation, im not blaming them if they are against arroyo's administration, me too is also so upset of what is happening in our country. the rich becomes richer and the poor becomes poorer. im just thinking in some way that it is much better to have a not so intelligent president but with dgnified heart for people than to have a very intelligent pres know why? coz he/she knows the different ways of claiming funds.. in a very legal way for illegal use..

Not the high salary due to some other country like Taiwan most net wage of factory worker there are only 9-10K pesos. I guess main reason is different surrounding and climate and culture also.

Its because its very hard to live comfortable here merely by the salary alone. It is so low, without the minimum. And working abroad is far more beneficial than working here, you can work part-times there, not like here that you have to work full time at a very low wage. There's no hope here but business. But it is very hard to put up business without capital. So people tend to work abroad.

yes, im agree with you. im a government employee but still seeking for a better sideline to cope up with our needs. anyway our income is enough for our necessities but still we want to earn more for our children's future.
