My husband hates me because of this bad breath problem of mine. He says I don't clean my teeth properly that is why I smell bad as he shouts always. I am tired of this, I changed my paste, I changed my brush, I clean my teeth twice a day that too regularly still i don't see any change in this bad breath.
Can you help me please?

In your case, obviously, brushing ain't enough. There must be another culprit to your problem other than the germs which the brush and paste are capable of removing. many factors contribute to bad breath, some of which are stomach illnesses, tongue defects and even emotional stress. I guess it's best for you to ask for professional opinion. This would surely answer your great problem..

Brushing more often may help, and you could try using a good mouthwash. If those don't work, you should see your dentist. It's possible you have some kind of disease.

You can not necessariyl overcome from bad breath just by brushing your teeth.Although good mouth hygine is certainly crucial in controlling bad breath, there may be other factors at work.
Temporary 'bad' breath most usually occurs after someone has been smoking or has eaten strongly flaovoured foods like garlic, onions or some cheeses and is a result of particles of food becoming trapped in the teeth cavities. Even after brushing your teeth, the odour will persist because the blood picks up smells from the digested foods in your stomach and carries them around the body to the lungs to be expelled through the mouth when you breath.
Bad breath can also be caused by teeth and gums which are in a generally unhealthy state. Illness also plays a part; infected sinuses, a cold or tonsillitis may result in a horrible tastein the mouth as well as bad breath, In all cases the halitosis should clear up once the infection has been treated.
A lack of saliva, too, may result in bad breath.Drinking plenty of water is a simple way of reliving this problem.
There are number of mouthwash preparations available to counter balance the bad breath.
Wish you all the best.

Perhaps your brushing technics. My dentist told me that wrong brushing technics also can lead to bad breath. Try to make an appointment with your dentist.Scaling can help to clean your teeth.

drink lots of watr, cold tea, fresh fruits like oranges, apples, fresh veggies, try listrine strips, and sugar free gum.
practice good oral hygiene.. this include brushing . flossing, regularly and effectively so that as much of the plaque is removed by u as possible.brush your tongue, see your dentist also regularly. dont take too less of carbohydrate as less may be good for your waistline but not for your health and especially breath.
if u have a metaboliccause of bad breath then there is very little a doctor can do.
