The important things are diet and exercise. In terms of exercise you should try for half an hour a day. You might geta pedometer and see if you walk at least 10,000 steps per day, if not try to increase it to at least this point. In terms of diet I think everybody knows what is healthy and what isn't, although sometimes you need to change the way you eat to become more healthy. For example don't wait until you are really hungry to eat, if you do you'll eat more and won't use up all of the enrgy you've consumed. Eat smaller amounts more frequently. When you eat, try to eat slowly which enables you to monitor when you are full much better. This ones obvious but avoid fast foods and restaurant foods high in calories. Lastly willpower, if you want to be healthy you need to have a healthy lifestyle, if you don't have this now you will need to change some of your habits which can be hard to do and stick to.

to be healthy in life you should sleep on time , eat on time and wake up on time. You should always have good diet in all the meals. You should never have much tensions.
