McDreamy for sure. I had never really noticed patrick Dempsey before Grey's Anatomy, but he is absolutely gorgeous.

I prefer dark haired guys, so it would have to be McDreamy. I also prefer his character's personality over McSteamy. I don't think I would like Mark Sloan very much in real life...too full of himself! Though they do seem to be trying to take the edge off of him a bit from the way he was in the beginnig.
