I think that Hilda should proceed with caution, she obviously got burned once before, and there is usually a reason people split up.

There certainly seems to be a connection between them still, and Santos is getting more with the program in terms of being a good dad to Justin, but I'm not sure that this makes them ideally suited to be married. It might be an interesting plot twist, but I'm not convinced at this point. By the way, I'm so glad that we get a NEW Ugly Betty tomorrow night! I loved how sassy she was on the commercial I saw, asking her orthodontist out!
