earnings are based on quality posts, not just the number of discussions you started or discussions you responded to. the more quality posts you make, the more earnings you'll have.
a lot of mylot users will tell you to avoid posting one-liners, they don't earn you any. quality posts should be relevant and useful. for every post you'll earn at least $0.01. quality posts, as they say, will earn you $0.03, on the average, per post.
at least this is how it is in the beginning. when you've been here in mylot for a while, and you've posted more quality responses, your earnings rate will also increase.
just be patient and try to give quality responses everytime. :) goodluck!

well thanks for the suggestion but it means that we get money for the response not for creating discussions

we earn from both. although i think it's much easier to provide, say, 10 quality responses to different discussions of other mylot users in a day, than to produce or start 10 quality discussions on your own.

your earnings will get better if you would responds to other discussions more frequently, this way you will earn 1 cent per response you made. so you better do that way, then you'll see your earnings will grow more.. good luck to you!

You already make a mistake, to earn cashs you need to post quality msgs on other discussion topics..... the more post you had the more moneys will start to grow big!!!!
