hello my friend, i m writing down some tips for u to try as i myself working on my diet and lifestyle.
its very much true what everone says that all u need to do is watch what you eat and expend more energy then u consume. is it really that simple. no, i dont think so . one should cahnge the lifestyle and if u are calling it a diet , then you are going to gain all the weight back within a few months of losing it.diets do not work. they are temporary. when u change your dietary lifestyle, however u are changing your habbits. and u r putting urself on track for a long term.it will be for continued success and weight maintenence. Dont ever tell anybody that u r on diet- EVER.i m speaking this from experience.work out well for a while. dieting entice us with promises of quick weight loss but focussing on quick weight loss and that tooo through dieting , then u have to be very strict on it and dont binge on anything junk when u r hungry or out.weight loss at the outset , while most diets produce quick weight loss at the outset they often causeyour metabolism to slow. the result is that u have to eta less and less to keep losing weight.u quikly become discouraged, give up, and start eating like u used to . but now , with a slower metabolism u regain all the weight u lost and more too. focus insted on improving your health. and u see, u will become slim and healthy.
there r few things that we have full control over but what we put in our mouths is one of them.we dont have to lose control in a restaurant or a friend's home and we dont have to eat everything thats put or served, or placed infront of us.
it is very important to know and understand what happens when u skip meals or go on a crash diet. when u do so, your metabolism slows to conserve your energy n when u loose weight too quickly for a few days ur body thinks it is threatened with starvation and goes into survival mode. it will then fights to conserve your fat stores, and u should knoe that any weight loss comes from water and muscle. never ever skip a meal especially ur breakfast.always eat slowly it gives ur body time to tell that it is full .
eat more fibre as eating fibre give a feeling of fullness. it stays in our stomach longer than other substances , slowing down our rate of digestion and keeping us feeling full longer. due to its greater fibre content , a single serving of whole grain bread can be more filling than 2 serving of white bread. fibre also moves fat through our digestive system faster so that less of it is absorbed.it will also keep ur blood sugar more consistent.
cut down on sugar, watch for hidden sugars in foods like processed food . bread, ketchup, salad dressing , canned fruit, peanut butter, and soups.
regulating ur blood sugar level is the most effective way to maintain your fat burning capacity.
keep urself very far away from fried and cheese and all these stuff.
exercise regularly. best of luck for your better health and good shape.

thanks a lot my friend for giving my response the time to read, as i generally when start writing , i write in a flow and forget that if i'lll write this much , then the person who has asked the question will get bored by looking at the lenght of the response.my hubby always says that i i forget everything when i start writing and i write so much that the person who will come to read will go without reading.but i realy felt nice that u read all and selected it as the best.i m really very happy by seeing that.
thanx for the happiness.

eat regular meals. only eat til your full don't force yourself to eat more jsut because you like it so much and it just tastes to good to stop eating. if you have to have a late night snack keep it to low fat and low carb foods like raw veggies or salad with dressing on it. read the labels on products that you buy even if they say lowfat sometimes those have more of the hidden fat. and a little food for thought a twix bar contains 50% of your daily fat intake and thats the small ones so keep that in mind compare all the chocolate bars. grapeseed is also really good to help you lose weight naturally it it also helps to gain weight too but it goes by what your body needs (basically it helps your body get rid of what it doesn't need and keeps what your body does) you can get that at a healthfood store. pm me and i'll tell you where i got it from before k

1. walk a couple of miles everyday.. jog if you can.. and increase distance as you go on
2. don't skip breakfast
3. avoid hi-carb food
4. watch what you eat
5. do some sit ups, push ups, pull ups and some basic exercises everyday..
that shouldn't be too hard..the hardest part is how you start it..but one you're going already, it might hard to stop you. ;)

You eat only between 6am and 6pm. You could change the time depending on your lifestyle. I get up late so I'm doing it After 8. I make sure that I eat only after 8AM and don't eat after 8PM.
