what is your criteria for beauty?

Every year we have miss universe and many contest in similar type. suppose you are chosen to be the judge and you have the right to set the criteria by yourself, then what kind of criteria you will use? the more details you provide, it will operationally helpful.

We should be able to see beauty in each woman and not try to impose one kind. To be a beautiful woman is to be elegant. The beauty of the woman comes not from the way of holding herself, but from her savoir faire and her way of talking. Then isn't it rightly said that "Beauty lies in the eyes of the Beholder".
