you only have to join www.google.com/adsense with out no cost.you should have your own site or should have membership in any of sites you know and you must have the right to post adds on that site.i have a google account and i'm not sure whether thats the reason why i didn't have to pay,any way people who needs money can join this one as its worth your trust..........you can search in google about adsense tooo......
